As the outdoor training season gets into full gear, consider what would happen if you were injured and unable to provide pertinent information to emergency personnel. Road ID provides a fool proof way to carry your emergency information with you. You can opt for a small ID that fastens to your shoe, a wrist band, an ankle band or dog tags. Check out all their products HERE, we have samples at the store.
