There is a time for everything and a season for every activity, including running in temperatures that would freeze a polar bear's tail. Fortunately, we don't have tails, but ears and fingers can suffer from frostbite if not protected. Never take a chance in severely cold weather since it's easy to remove hats, gloves, mittens and headbands, but frostbite is forever!

A Time To Keep Warm!
There is a time for everything and a season for every activity, including running in temperatures that would freeze a polar bear's tail. Fortunately, we don't have tails, but ears and fingers can suffer from frostbite if not protected.
