The sun is out later and the weather is great. Don't forget about our Monday evening group runs from Ghisallo Running. We meet at the store at 6:30 P.M. and go for 6-10 mile run through downtown Clayton to Forest Park and back. People of all paces and abilities are welcome. In the upcoming weeks will have some exciting giveaways and prizes. So be sure to show up!
