First Annual Ghisallo Running U City 10 Miler!

Ten milers are sought after but difficult to find. As far as we know the Alton Ten Mile Road Race is the only other race in the area of this distance, and while that race is a great way to shed the weight accumulated during the Turkey season, the Ghisallo Running U-City 10 Mile Run will be the first long race of the the 2009 training season, occurring exactly three weeks before the Go! St. Louis Half-Marathon and Marathon. The race will be on Sunday, March 29, 2009 and will start and end at Centennial Commons, the recreation complex for University City located in Heman Park at 7210 Olive Blvd. To download a registration form click here, register online at www.active.com, or pick up an application next time you are at the store.

Last Monday Evening Run for the year, tonight

Due to the darkness and cold weather tonight's Monday evening run will be our last for the year. We will start up again with group runs in 2009 at both stores geared for the Go! St.Louis Half and Full marathon as well as our own 10 mile race.
