Yoga Begins Tuesday!
Join us this Tuesday evening at 7:15 p.m. at Ghisallo Running for a yoga class designed especially for runners, taught by Alexandra Templer from the Center for Mind, Body and Spirit. Most runners don't stretch enough, but almost all recognize the benefits of greater flexibility, they just can't find the time to commit to a routine. Here is your chance to begin to fulfill one of your perennial New Year's resolutions.
Our confidence in this class is so high that we've bought all the necessary equipment: mats, bands, blocks, even bolsters (don't ask!), so participants can cross that expense off their list.
The two ways to pay for the class are the traditional ones: $12/session for drop-in students, $100 for a ten-sessions class card. If you try the first class, or even several classes, at the $12/session rate, but decide to buy a card, we'll deduct the proper amount from you card so your first sessions will seem to have been at the $10 rate.
And for runners who can't imagine doing something that doesn't involve, well, running, there will be a short, 2-3 miles, run leaving the store at 6:30 p.m.
