Fine performances over the weekend by Jay Orr & Rich Wierzba. Jay finished third in the overall male division and Rich finished third in the 35-39 division.

Monday Night Group Runs

The sun is out later and the weather is great. Don't forget about our Monday evening group runs from Ghisallo Running. We meet at the store at 6:30 P.M. and go for 6-10 mile run through downtown Clayton to Forest Park and back. People of all paces and abilities are welcome.
